Richard graduated from the Hull School of Architecture with distinction in 2000. Later gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (Part3) in 2003. Whilst working for Fletcher Priest Architects where he gained a wealth of experience in the commercial sector working on a number of high profile projects.

Following a year of travel Richard joined PAD in spring 2005 attracted by the team spirit of the office and attention to high quality design.
