Armin Birkel continues to fascinate the art world with his
unique and particular brand of Central European Surrealism.
Born in Austria and inspired by Salvador Dali his work combines
mid-European classical sensibilities with a dreamy surrealism.
Armin Birkel’s high quality prints are produced through a blend
of lithography and metallic-embossing often termed by the artist
as ‘Metal Art Collage’. These striking images have two main
themes, music and time and have become extremely popular in
