Refurbishments
We carry out refurbishments for a number of local authorities and housing associations on their housing stock providing a high quality service at competitive rates, enabling our clients to provide a higher standard of accommodation for tenants.
Emergency Repairs
A number of Insurance companies employ us to carry out repairs as a preferred contractor. We are employed to survey / assess any insured damage and carry out repairs as quickly and efficiently as is practical to ensure the client experiences minimal inconvenience during the distressing time.
Heating Engineers / Plumbers
We have a team of Corgi Engineers and wet plumbers which service a number of local authority and housing association properties and carry out annual landlord gas safety checks. We also provide a 24hr call out service for insurance companies to deal with any emergency repairs. All of our tradesmen are directly employed and bear ID Cards and Peake GB uniforms.
