	Angelina Street's 48 houses are modern housing association timber framed terraced housing developement that replaces a 60's built council estate. Warmcel was used for thermal insulation on the exterior walls and as a sound insulation to the party walls between houses, providing cheap to heat dwellings with a greater sense of family privacy.
