This also eliminates condensation, mould, rot, damp and structural damage ensuring a more viable structure.

Air tightness also assists the insulation within a structure and ensures that it performs properly, reducing the amount of energy-in-use and CO2 emmisions.

Air leakage can account for up to a third of all heat losses in a modern building.
