We are a small Human Resources consultancy based in South West London offering a range of services to organisations in the private and public sectors both in the UK and internationally. Our primary focus is on the following: 

• People development based on personality questionnaires, aptitude tests, work simulations and  360° feedback – individual development planning, career review, stress management and executive coaching / development centres and personal development workshops.

• Team development programmes – improving effectiveness through better understanding of ourselves and each other.

• One-stop HR shop for small businesses – a package which includes phone / fax / e-mail advice plus an agreed number of ‘contact days’. In effect, an out-sourced HR department customised to your needs.

• Assessment for selection - internal or external / stand-alone or integrated with search or advertising.

• HR Projects – our project experience includes staff site relocation, pay structures, change management, redundancy programmes, HR due diligence, HR audits, and business start-ups.

People Plus was founded by Gareth James  who acts as lead consultant on most assignments. We operate through a team of highly professional associates, all of whom have significant real world experience in HR. With the breadth and depth of expertise at our disposal, we consider ourselves HR generalists who can provide the HR function you don’t have or supplement the one you do with specific skills and expertise when you need them.
