LABOUR ATTACHE OFFICE

The Philippine Embassy is pleased to announce that Mr. VICTOR ABLAN has been designated as LABOUR ATTACHE, Philippine Embassy.

For the processing of all types of employment contracts (nurses,  domestic staff, etc.) and other related documents, the following procedures shall be observed:
 

  1. All clients should refer their employment documents with two photocopies for each document  to the Labour Attaché at the above address during office hours from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. - 2:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

  2. The Labour Attaché will check all documents and affix his initial on documents complying with the requirements for purposes of verification and payment of fees.  Please note that the Embassy will not authenticate the employment documents unless verified by the Labour Attaché.

  3. Thereafter, the client shall proceed to the Cashier, Philippine Embassy, 9A Palace Green, London W8 4QE,  pay the corresponding fees and leave the documents with the cashier.

  4. The processed documents shall be released the following day between 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Processing of documents not connected to employment of Filipino nationals shall continue to be submitted to the Legalization Section, Philippine Embassy, 9A Palace Green, London W8 4QE.
