Media Training for East Brighton

When it comes to music and video production, there's something of a buzz going on nowadays at the Bridge in Moulsecoomb. That's because soon, the community centre will be offering training courses in music technology and video production for the whole of East Brighton.

New members of the World Web Wise Project will provide the courses. The project currently serves web - based training to the community but now plans to expand into other areas of the media. New recruits Dan, Kevin and Martin have already been involved in producing videos for the EB4U launch day and the Moulsecoomb Festival. As local residents, they are very keen to reach out to as many people as possible with hands-on training. "As soon as we know more, we'll keep you posted" notes Kevin, "Just watch this space."

In the meantime, if you would like to contact us call 01273 294931
or visit www.worldwebwise.co.uk

Soon, people and projects will be able to record their own CD or video. The Bridge has a well-facilitated music training room with Cubase VST. The WWW Project uses a DV camera and Adobe Premiere editing software.

Meet the team: Dan (Uni graduate specialising in video production and editing), Kevin (Music student involved in music production and print media) and Martin (Guitarist with skills in music production and ICT training).
