Crafties: here's one I made earlier.

The Whitehawk Crafties are a resident led group who meet at the Valley Social Centre in Whitehawk every Tuesday lunchtime, from 12.30 - 2.30, to share their own crafts and learn new ones.

The group has just bought quite a bit of equipment so there is lots to do including: Cross - stitch, Tapestry, Card making, Embossing, Decoupage, Knitting and much more!

One of the members, Cherry, says that she enjoys attending the group as everyone is very friendly and she learns something new every week. Kidzone - Putting Children in the Picture

Kidzone are running art workshops for children aged between 5 and 11 years at the Bridge Community Centre, Moulsecoomb on Mondays 3.30 - 5.30pm. Starting after the 1/2 term holiday Kidzone will also be running an Art Club at Moulsecoomb Primary School on Tuesdays, 3.05 - 5.15pm for ages 7 - 11 and a Drama Club at Whitehawk Primary School on Thursdays, 3.15 - 5.15pm for ages 7 - 11.
