When
did we form?
Three months ago.
How many members?
The team has twelve members: eight residents from the eb4U area,
three eb4U workers and one Bridge worker.
Where do we meet?
Every Monday evening in the South Gym at Falmer School.
At what time?
Between 6.00pm and 7.30pm. The first session in the New Year will
be on the 13th of January.
Who can join?
Any women aged 15+ who wants to give it a go. Don't worry if you've
never played before or haven't played since school, just come along.
Child care and transport costs can be provided.
What
additional training can be gained?
Community Sports Leadership Award, Get Set Go, Umpiring and Coaching
Skills training and Netball Level 1.
Who's the coach?
Ann Kennedy, a Moulsecoomb resident who's been playing netball for
the last ten years.
What's
in store for the future?
Playing our first friendly game in the New Year then joining the
Brighton mid week summer league.
What do we need?
An umpire to provide support during league and friendly games and
loads more women to join in the fun, get fit and help the Bridge
netball really take off.

on 294 930. Other activities for women: Every Thursday from
10.00am - 12.00 noon at Moulsecoomb Leisure Centre. The first hour
aerobics, the second hour netball.
