We currently accept orders from the UK, Ireland and the USA through the website. If you are based outside the UK, Ireland or USA please email us with your full address and we will try to help.

POSTAGE

Postage is charged per order, at a low, fixed price.

Prices are shown at the bottom of each item page.

Most of our items are dispatched within 3 days of cleared payment. Dispatch times for custom-made items can vary depending on our workload at that time. Delays are sometimes unavoidable, please wait 6 days before contacting us. (12 days for outside UK).

Within UK, items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or by courier.

Outside UK, items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for or by courier.

We always obtain proof of postage/delivery.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in perfect condition for a FULL REFUND minus p&p costs.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using traceable recorded postage as we cannot issue a refund until we have received the item.

Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.
