How to Return an Item


We Make It Easy For You To Return a Print To Us

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (stock items only) You can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If we have had to buy this in for you from the publishers there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

Please email or call us, giving the reason for the return. Please include your name & order number and the reason for return inside the parcel. You will be required to return this at your own cost including adequate insurance.

In the case of a damaged product, please email or call us with a full description of the problem. If the parcel is damaged due to neglect by the carrier please keep all packaging and sign for as damaged goods, this will enable us to claim from the couriers. We will then send you a replacement straight away, but you may need to keep the packaging for the couriers to inspect.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks. For your protection we recommend that you use a "signed for"-delivery service.

Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will not refund any postage charges for the delivery of that item. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you.
