- Worming.
We can create a worming
program specific to your requirements whether you are an
individual horse owner or in a yard situation. We can also
provide the wormers at very competitive prices.

- Annual health checks.
These are particularly
targeted at the older horse and include detailed tooth
examination, dietary advice and Cushing’s syndrome screening
as well as routine blood tests and a full clinical

- Lameness and poor
performance investigation.
Many cases of horses
failing to perform at their expected level are in fact
related to very subtle lameness which may not have been
appreciated. We have comprehensive facilities that enable us
to carry out a full evaluation of any suspected orthopaedic
or performance problem.
- Medicine cases.
Two of our vets hold
certificates in equine internal medicine
- External specialists.

We do not contract out
our out of hours service, so your emergency will always be
attended by one of the full time Priors Farm vets. Please
see the map of our catchment area to find out whether you
are within our area. We will travel further during working
hours but cannot offer an out of hours emergency service for
