Training has been delivering high quality training solutions as an
independent training provider to the Catering and Licensed Hospitality
sectors since 1999. We have built a strong reputation on our commitment
to providing training solutions which meet the needs of individuals and
employers in this ever changing industry.
We work
with an extremely diverse mix of businesses such as public houses,
hotels, clubs, restaurants, shops, caterers, care homes and alcohol
wholesalers.
We deliver a variety of training courses throughout the North East of England in our training centre or at a variety of venues in the region.
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Diploma’s are delivered in the workplace by our experienced team of trainer/ assessors who have all held senior roles within the industry. Many of the NVQ Diploma’s are fully funded by the Skills Funding Agency if candidates are eligible.
We
have a variety of support methods available to people who access our
programmes, for example translators, one to one readers, large or
alternative print documents etc. We have an excellent reputation for
the support that we offer to participants on our programmes and we hold
the ‘Matrix’ standard which is a nationally recognised quality standard
for the delivery of information, advice and guidance.
