QE Paving was established in 1982 and have cultivated a reputation for quality workmanship in the block paving industry. Mr Escott and his partner Mr Quigley were involved in the block paving industry for five years prior to QE Paving becoming firmly established. Doug and Peadar, the two Partners, have been friends since school and have built a business together that has been up and running for the past twenty one years. They have cultivated a loyal client base which is continually growing.

You can see the high quality work of QE Paving at a number of well known places for example: The County Hall at Cardiff, The Ferryport at Fishguard, St David's Hotel in Cardiff Bay, along with other prestigious installations undertaken – Barry Island Enhancement, Carmarthen Town Centre, Adventurers Quay Cardiff and South Wales’ largest ever paving installation on The Bute Avenue Project, Cardiff for Norwest Holst Construction totaling 51,000 sq.m.

To produce the outstanding quality of paving they currently have five teams of operatives who all carry the site safety certificate, which is supplied by the CITB training board. All team members provide an efficient and friendly service and are experienced in all types of concrete, clay and natural stone installations. The growing client base will testify that QE Paving are the very best in all aspects of the block paving business.

QE Paving install many different commercial contracts from large ports to town centres and hotels, no job is too small or too big. They also undertake domestic contracts which may include your driveway.

QE Paving are one of the premier paving contractors in Wales and are registered members The Association of Block Paving Contractors UK, covering a working area that includes the West Country and Southern Ireland. Members agree to uphold the good reputation of the Association, to carry out all work in accordance with all relevant standards and in line with the established good standards of the paving industry. They agree to work safely, considerately and in a tidy and professional manner which is designed to help you, the customer, have confidence in the abilities and behaviour of your contractor.

An in-house design and consultancy service allows them to assist their clients at the pre-contract stage, whilst a close relationship with the major paving manufacturers ensures that they can advise on the suitability or limitation of an ever increasing range of products.
