Employment Vetting

Many employers will employ a person just from the details on a c.v. or from the impression they get at the interview stage.

Most people will turn out to be perfectly suitable but there will always be the one that has lied on the c.v. and gives great interviews.

I am sure that if I employed someone I would like a true picture of their ability and their history. Maybe they have a criminal record they neglected to tell you about or their past employers were more than happy to see them leave.

Not all references tell the whole story. WE WILL.

We will do a full check on their past, both work and personal. A comprehensive report detailing information gathered during interviews and other investigations with regard to your potential future employee will be presented to you on completion. Any serious information prior to completion will be brought to your attention immediately.
