Nik Aveyard has been generally pestering Rob since he borrowed a clutch pulling tool for his grasstrack Mini from Robs' Mini specialist garage in 1985. Nothing suprised Rob more than when he brought it back (It wasn't Robs good one). Nik and Rob share a Hillclimb car and argue a lot about who is the best - at falling off. Nik is nearly as fussy as Rob and gets involved with many of the more specialist projects.

Robert Sinclair has been working from the current site in Tingley for almost 15 years. With his interest in racing cars and kits overcoming his 'love' of servicing Fiestas' for local old ladies, Rob has decided to concentrate more and more on this market in recent years. Many seven type kits later, Rob bought a Striker - and the rest is history. He liked it so much he is providing Raw Strikers to the North. One of the fussiest car builders you could ever wish to meet, Rob is often loath to let a car go because he spends so much time (his own not customers) making his work 'just so'.

Phil Bembridge, or 'the Boss' as he insists on being called is really only the tea boy and bottle washer. With a pocket full of written warnings to dish out to the rest of the team he keeps us all on our toes. Luckily he can't use a computer so he can't read this.
