Hand Painted Kitchen Furniture

What A Little Paint Can Do

A kitchen dresser, hand painted in glazed effect using wipe-back system. The top done to represent granite

Hand Painted Marble

View With A Room

From a room that was completely bare, we produced the moulds and built out to take the curtain drop. Colours from the curtain material were then used in the marble effect to take that colour round the freize and also used on the surround of the ceiling panels.

Broken Pedement

Broken Pedement

This bed head was designed by us to match existing furniture. It came in MDF, and was finished in egg-shell paints, over-glazed and varnished. Note the ceiling, where cloud effect has been added to form the decoration. The walls are finished in paint-effect.

Decorated Entrance

The Clock As Well

This entrance off a conservatory was decorated using off-white on the ceiling and cove, a very delicate paint-effect in 3 colours on the wall areas, and a hand-mixed deep blue-green for the wood work. We arranged for the architraves around windows to come off a corbel, and key-stoned above main entrance door. Radiator covers were supplied and even the clock, which kicked around the site, was brought into the scheme.

Pine

Trompe-l'Oeil

The customer, unable to find and extra wide panelled pine door to match existing, called on us to produce this Trompe-l'Oeil effect, which shows the completely flush door as panelled pine.
