With the ever increasing cost of fuel you have come to the right place to help save you money. I am an experienced vehicle technician, based in Hartlepool, specialising in Vehicle Diagnostics and Remaps. I also carry out the service, and repairs, on all makes of cars and light commercials, including MOT preparation and even arranging the test for you when we are sure the vehicle will pass - saving you money on re-test fees. In my diagnostic work I use some of the most up to date equipment available. This includes 'dealer level' diagnostic tools for VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Vauxhall, Saab, Citroen and Peugeot. Much more equipment is readily available to cater for other marques. I have carried out this sort of specialist work for many years and invested heavily in training, so you can be sure when your vehicle comes to me, it is in extremely capable hands.

How can I do it and what's the catch?

It's simple - there isn't a catch. You just pay a little extra to make specific changes to your engine and notice the difference immediately.

How does it work?

We remap vehicles using the car's diagnostic socket. This process is also known as chip tuning. The benefits of having your car chip tuned, apart from transforming the cars performance and drivability, is the fact that, in most cases, it improves fuel economy. For example a VW Transporter 2.5 TDi improved fuel economy by 20% after the chip tune/remap. Unlike some companies we do not use inferior programming tools!
