presentation with a good and lasting head, clear pale golden beer
and bubbles that just keep on pearling up. Very good nose also giving
lots of hops and malts and overall extremely enjoyable with loads
of fizz and makes the mouthfeel as a real champagne does

Deus Brut Des Flanders ~ 11.5% ~ Belgium Pale
yellowish gold with lots of suspended sediment, a nice off-white
head, and decent steady carbonation. Intense flowery, heather-like
aroma and flavour. Light airy body considering ABV. First brewed
at Bosteels, transferred to the Champagne region of France were
it is treated much like champagne with the bottles inverted, the
yeast expunged & bottle re-corked.
