Production Process |
 |
Our
staircases are manufactured through a process of consultation
with architects, builders and ultimately, the customer.
Our staff have the expertise and knowledge to advise on
every aspect of design and installation, whilst full technical
support and customer care packages are offered as standard. |
 |
Our
Computer Aided Design and Machine (CAD-CAM) facility provides
the freedom to specify and plan individual requirements
right down to the finest detail, allowing our design department
to work to the optimum levels of both efficiency and quality,
whilst also ensuring full compliance with current building
regulations. |
 |
Our
emphasis on quality guarantees that only the finest raw
materials are used in the production process, ensuring the
stability and longevity of each staircase. Offering a wide
selection of both hard and soft woods, we insist that only
timbers from sustainable forests are used. |
 |
Our
state-of-the-art machinery, equipment and resources are
in place to deal with the demand of a modern marketplace
and enable us to process high volume orders within tight
working deadlines. Computer controlled machinery, such as
the CNC Routers, enhance the traditional skills of the craftsman,
whilst also facilitating a highly competitive pricing policy. |
 |
Our
staircases are assembled and tested in the factory and include
pre-assembled balustrades, which ensure greater accuracy
and reduce installation time on-site. Our delivery service
covers the entire UK, and we guarantee that all staircases
are supplied with a superb sanded or primed finish,
ready to install and paint, stain or varnish. |
