Recent Construction Project Rockingham Swimming Pools Ltd are pleased to announce the recent completion of a construction project for a local premiership football club. As part of the new state of the art training centre, Rockingham Pools have constructed an indoor swimming pool which will be used by the team as part of their training and rehabilitation programmes. The custom build features a varied-depth tiled pool which incorporates a high-current walklane for underwater resistance training.
A Tylo Commercial Sauna and Glass-fronted Steam Room were also installed in the pool hall for players' recuperation and relaxation. Engineers also worked alongside US manufacturer Hydroworx to install a high-tech hydrotherapy pool and hot and cold plunge spas within the pool hall. The Hydroworx 2000 therapy pool is the first full-spec model to be commissioned in the UK, and features a variable speed underwater treadmill, directional resistance jets, moveable floor and underwater video monitoring system.
Following the installation, our team of engineers continue carry out regular maintenance services of the facilities at the training ground.
