During the first week of the Lipotrim Programme the body needs to adjust to the new regime which may cause a temporal feeling of tiredness. It is advisable to reduce or temporary stop any exercises during this period. Exercises are to be commended as part of everyone’s lifestyle, but during the Lipotrim Programme there are not essential.
Overweight and obesity problem is closely connected with limited mobility which can be resolved through exercises. Even though exercises may not do a significant contribution to weight loss (A 35-mile run is required to use up 3500 kcal necessary to lose 1 single pound of fat) there are to be recommended for healthy lifestyle and proper weight maintenance.
