The fundamental principle upon which Lipotrim Programme is founded may be defined as a change of the source for body’s energy. Every person requires about 2000 calories daily in order his body to function properly. During the Lipotrim Programme the body’s source of energy becomes its reserves of sugar and fat. The body compensates the reduced calorie intake of the Lipotrim Programme with its own resources of sugar and fat. The amount of calories used for energy remains the same, but the source of these calories are the body’s fat and sugar. Due to the fact that this is a new regime for the body several further issues need to be clarified. These are the state of ketosis; water drinking; the occurrence of temporary discomforts; the role of exercises; and the use of other medicines and supplements.
