The weight maintenance may be defined as the longest and the most challenging phase of the Lipotrim programme. Every individual is required to exercise diligent control over the body weight in order to maintain it in its healthy dimensions. The people who did not succeed to exercise this routine control failed to maintain their body weight within its healthy measurements. The accomplishment of the first two phases of the Lipotrim programme has brought the patient on a level where the body weight needs to be preserved for the successful completion of the whole programme. Hence a total control of body weight maintenance needs to be regained which requires a daily practice of the will power over the previous obsessive eating habits and behaviour. New behaviour and eating habits are required which will help the patient to gain complete control over the body weight. These new habits involve learning to prepare food with very low fat content. Supervision and support are very essential for the successful completion of this final phase of the Lipotrim programme.
