1 The practice deals with both sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential and commercial properties.
2 We act for first time buyers, clients selling and buying as thy move onto their next home, investors from around the country and abroad and those who relocate for work purposes.
3 We are used to dealing with National Developers when clients buy newly built properties or properties in the course of construction and the pressures of tight timescales imposed by the developer sellers.
4 Purchases of plots of land for single and multiple development.
5 Acting for clients who develop a site of either freehold or leasehold units.
6 The practice has experience with unregistered titles and the additional investigations and ancillary documentation often found with those.
7 Dealing with mortgage and re-mortgage work (being on the panels of all major lending institutions and banks)
8 Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Gifts etc
9 Trust Deeds and advice on the necessity of these when unmarried couples are buying a property jointly.
