Rye St Antony is an independent boarding and day school for girls aged 3 to 18 (boys 3 to 8) and is situated a mile from the centre of Oxford in fine grounds overlooking the City.
A wide range of subjects is offered, including 20+ GCSE subjects and 20+ A Level subjects.  After completion of their GCSE courses, most girls take 3 A Level subjects, and subsequently go on to higher education.   Scholarships are available at 11+ and 16+.
Throughout the school girls are encouraged to develop their talents in music, art, drama and sport, and there are many evening and weekend activities in which both boarders and day girls participate.  The school has an outstanding record in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme.
Pupils are helped to understand their strengths and weaknesses, they are encouraged to accept challenges and to learn initiative and independence, and they have many opportunities to contribute to the decision-making and activities of the school community.
