In an ever changing world where there is more risk of public scrutiny than ever before, where regulation
has benefits but also creates challenges and recession spells a further decline in resources,
senior leaders need support now more than ever to help strengthen their abiity to lead, especially during a period of uncertainty.
How can I help?
I offer psychological coaching either at the level of concern or during a full blown crisis, for individuals which pays close attention to and keeps the systems organization in mind alongside that of the role and behaviour of the individual. I help the client to develop new perspectives on their problems rather than seeing them purely as personal concerns. Such newfound clarity helps clients to learn, it gives them new sustained understanding in order to make choices based on their role, environmental context and more awareness about themselves, creating more capacity to influence within their organization and solve problems in a proactive way;
To implement or adjust to a change in the way the organization works
or is
structured
To achieve personal goals, such as positioning for promotion, or improving personal leadership and teamwork skills
To address problems at work, such as difficulties with relationships, stress or impaired job satisfaction.
For personal developmental aims, it increase capacity to learn within the context of the role and beyond, looking more creatively at problems.

If your organization or team is interested in finding out more, contact me to arrange an exploratory meeting with no commitment from either party. In this initial consultation we will explore the coaching process and possible objectives. If we agree to proceed, it is usual to contract for 4 sessions with a review, after which we may continue to work together for another four sessions if appropriate. Coaching sessions are two hours long
