We offer four-week evening courses on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 7:00 -8:30 PM. This course is designed to give a grounding in the basic fundamentals of the Alexander Technique and provides an ideal introduction for those new to the Technique. Each course is limited to four participants.The total cost for a course is £80.
