With the current position in the Middle East, many people see a cooling of buying prices. To sit the market out and watch what happens from the comforts of a rented home is becoming more and more appealing to more and more people.

This has led to a whole new area of demand, local people wanting to rent local housing. Many of these people have sold properties and are cash rich enabling them to put a years rent down upfront. Agents have never had such a demand for rental flats.
