EMAIL ENQUIRIES WILL BE ANSWERED WITHIN 24 HOURS. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE BOOKINGS VIA TEXT OR EMAIL UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to those where the issue is one of health and hygiene, or safety.

We reserve the right to refuse appointments to those who have broken terms and conditions on previous occasions.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse appointments to those we believe to be under eighteen, and to request the production of age identification. Cancellation fees apply.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 for cancelled appointments where the cancellation was not made at least 30 mins prior to the appointment time.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 plus agreed travel fees for cancelled appointments where the cancellation was not made at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time, for bookings made to addresses where a travel fee is applicable.

Where a booking is incall we reserve the right to contact late arrivals or no shows via a short code phone number which is charged to the recipients phone. Texts cost £1.50 each, maximum of 5 will be sent.

We reserve the right to terminate or cancel, without refund, service where more than one person is present on the premises, whether that person be male, female or under age.*

*Bookings are for a single person only, except couples bookings. Couples are deemed to be two people of opposite sexes or same sex couples who demonstrate they are in a loving relationship.
* Masseuses do not carry out mutiple bookings at the same premises.
*Where the premises are hotels, mutiple bookings are allowed, by arrangement, provided each participant has a seperate room. Bookings must be made in each persons name, and each room number supplied.
