All bookings require a telephone number, for residential bookings this should be a landline number.
 Please DO NOT call from a blocked number as all numbers and addresses must be verified before your masseuse is sent out.
Bookings cannot be made by text or email - we aim to answer email enquiries within 24 hours.

• Please give us at least an hour notice before the time of your booking.
• Please make cancellations at least 30 minutes before your booking. Bookings not cancelled in due time will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee.
• Please make bookings for yourself and not for a friend.
• Please make sure you are free from the influence of alcohol or drugs. If it is apparent you are adversely affected by alcohol or drugs your massage may be terminated without refund.
• Please inform us - at the time of booking - if you have any illness or allergy that may be affected by the oils/techniques we use. If you have any rashes, open wounds, blisters or sores that you have not informed us about the massage may be terminated without refund. We are not liable for any adverse reaction to oils or techniques.
• Please book your sensation under your own name, for hotel bookings this must be the name you booked in with. Discreet securuty checks are in place to ensure the safety of masseuses, incorrect names will be regarded as a fraudulent booking.
• Please shower before your masseuse arrives.
• Please pay your masseuse on her arrival.
• Please provide clean, dry towels for the use of your masseuse. We do not attend premises with shared bathrooms.
• Please remain passive throughout the massage, do not touch the tharapist, allow the masseuse to do all the touching.  Inappropriate behaviour may result in the massage being terminated without refund.
• Please do not make sexual advances or innuendos towards your masseuse. Inappropriate behaviour may result in the massage being terminated without refund.
• Please respect your therapists privacy as she respects yours.
