Flexible arrival and departure dates along with daily pricing is offered outside of the school summer holiday period, which means that guests can arrange short breaks and take advantage of low cost weekday flights. However, in accepting these bookings we have to consider the surrounding availability pattern, and unless filling gaps, would normally expect a minimum stay of four days. Prices include all local rates and taxes, metered water, house cleaning, agents fees, etc. The HIGH season tariff includes laundry service with pre-made beds, and all reasonable gas and electricity consumption. There is an option for additional laundry (second/third weeks) if required. During MID and LOW season the laundry service is optional at £10 per person (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bathroom towels, teacloths, bedmaking). Gas for heating is also charged if used during the LOW season. We ask for a 25% booking deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. A returnable inventory deposit of £150 is added to cover lost keys (£50), serious breakages, telephone usage, and any LOW season heating costs. To allow time for cleaning between lets, occupancy runs from 4pm on the day of arrival, to 10am on the day of departure. |

| You are obviously
responsible for your own self-catering provisions, but to get you off to a
good start we ensure that all the toilet rolls are replaced, fresh soaps
provided
and a few dishwasher and washing machine tablets put out ... plus useful things
like the dishwasher salt and rinse aid are also topped up.
To book a holiday simply call us on 01487 840761 (+44 1487 840 761 from outside UK) We can either send you the booking forms by post, or you can download them yourself (see bottom of the Home Page) to print off immediately. We then reserve your dates for a couple of days whilst waiting for the documents to be returned.. On receipt of these, together with your deposit (or full payment if less than 8 weeks before the holiday starts), we confirm the dates as fully booked and send you our Arrivals Information pack. |

| The Inventory
Deposit will be refunded to you (less any deductions) as soon as we receive the itemised
telephone bill from France Telecom that covers your period of occupancy. This is usually
within a couple of months of the end of your stay.
We only accept bookings from bone fide families and respectable groups - in case of doubt, references may be required. |
