We offer a range of courses and learning opportunities for people at different stages of
development. Courses are £140 for a set of eight lessons with a free supervised
session after the course. Bookings for September made before 31st July will receive a discount of £10.
Special discounts are available for those booking multiple places. Book a second place on a course and the

Beginners
|
The course covers the basics of the game, bidding with the Acol system
and the play of the cards. It is suitable for those who have never played before, as
well as those who are looking to take up the game after a long
break.

Intermediate
|
This will cover key card-play
techniques, and strong hand/slam bidding. Suitable for those who have been playing for a while and are now looking
to develop their skills.

|
Advanced
|
This course covers common duplicate
approaches including transfers, Roman Keycard Blackwood, negative doubles and
weak twos and defensive signalling.

|
Supervised Practice
|
Ideal
for those who want to get on with playing but are looking for a supportive
environment in which to improve. A teacher is always on hand to answer questions, discuss your problems and help
you out. A book of vouchers for ten sessions is £100 and is valid for 6 months. Brunch is available from 10.45 (£5.50).

Seminars
|
We
have developed a set of seminars covering expert hand evaluation, bidding judgement,
squeezes/advanced card-play techniques and deception in bidding/defence. These are run according to demand.

Private Tuition

For those seeking a highly personalised learning experience on any subject
that interests you we offer private tuition from a team of highly experienced players. Charges
vary from £25-£40 per hour based on the experience of the tutor.
