Specifications

SKM Services utilises a Micromeritics Autopore-IV porosimeter. Pore throat sizes can be measured from 200 µm down to 4 nm, covering pore size distributions in the micro-, meso- and macropore range – no other instrument is capable of characterising pore throat size over so many orders of magnitude of size.

SKM Services provide data in tabular and graphical form, in standard format or modified to meet customers specific requirements. Standard non-wetting phase drainage data is generated, whilst a non-wetting phase imbibition curve can be measured upon request.
