PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD AND PAYPAL

If the checkout page doesn't initially offer the chance to use a credit/debit card, just click where it says "Don't have a PayPal account".

If the delivery address is different to the billing address:
Wait till the final "Review Your Order" stage, then click "Change" where it says "Postal Address".
If the delivery and billing addresses aren't in the same country:
The order form doesn't allow for this, so just send the delivery details in an ordinary e-mail
(shinkansen@smokelondon.co.uk) as soon as you've finished ordering.
If there's a message to include, or anything else needs clarifying:
Again, just send an ordinary e-mail to shinkansen@smokelondon.co.uk.
All e-mails, including the automated order confirmations from PayPal, end up in the same in-box, so there's no risk of confusion!

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE/CASH

Simply send a cheque payable to Shinkansen, or well-disguised PAPER money (not coins!), to:
SHINKANSEN, PO BOX 14274, LONDON, SE11 6ZG, UNITED KINGDOM.

FOREIGN CHEQUES/CASH

Paper bank-notes are OK, but please add approximately £2.50 to allow for bank charges,
UNLESS the curency is Euros, in which case don't add any extra!
Foreign cheques in your own currency are also OK, but please add £4.00.
International bank-drafts/money-orders should be in POUNDS.
