Sonas Guest House, One of Edinburgh`s best “Bed and Breakfast”
establishments, is a converted 19th century Victorian Villa, built in
the 1870`s for the directors of the Railway. It offers the charm of 19th
Century Edinburgh with all of today`s modern comforts.
It is ideally situated on the South side of the city being located on a
quiet side street. Close to Arthur`s Seat, The Royal Commonwealth Pool
and Leisure Centre, and The University of Edinburgh.
Just a two minute walk takes you to the bus stop on the main road, where
several buses are available to speed you to your selected destination.
Perhaps Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace or the historic Royal Mile is of interest to you. Maybe the Royal Yacht Brittania, Edinburgh Zoo or the Royal Botanic
Gardens are more your pleasure. If you are a fan of the Da Vinci Code then Rosslyn Chapel is only a short ride away. If your need is for a little retail therapy then Edinburgh has
its very own exclusive department store, Jenners, on Princes Street, now
competing with the new kid on the block, Harvey Nichols, at St Andrew`s
Square.
At the Sonas all rooms are en-suite, most with the luxury of a bath and
shower. They are centrally heated, well appointed and all have TV,
Refreshment tray and hairdryer. *WiFi Internet available*
We provide freshly cooked full Scottish breakfasts so you are well
