Report for 31/08/05 – 06/09/05

A cooler week with a little rain at times.  We could do with a lot more to freshen up the pools but the fishing continues to be good for some anglers.  

On willow pool Kai Broom of Exeter had 16lb carp on floating bread .  Martin Lawrence of Exeter had 13 carp to 10lb. on bread flake.  Bob Harris of Honiton had 18 carp to 11lb on mushroom and prawn.  James Phillips of Exeter had 27 carp to 11lb 12oz.on surface fished chum mixers.

Kingfisher pool gave Stephen Hird of Newton Abbot 40 carp to 13 3/4lb on method feeder with sweetcorn on the sharp end.

Heron pool gave Ben Iremonger of Exeter 10 carp to 7lb. and roach to 1lb on float fished corn or bread.  Nick Spinoulas aged 10 of Exeter had 2 carp to 8 1/2lb. on bread.
