Temperatures have picked up during recent days and with some mild rain across the pools a couple of nights ago to freshen things up this has made the fish more active and take the baits from the few anglers who have appeared.

Willow pool gave John Cains from Dawlish 14 carp to 11 1/2lb and 2 tench for 97lb. Mick Cutler from Solihull had 30 carp to 12lb on floatfished prawn and bread.

Kingfisher pool gave Stephen Hird from Newton Abbot 21 carp for 102lb on legered sweetcorn over corn and pellet. Nick Cutler from Topsham had 3 carp to 7lb and numerous silver fish on waggler with corn and pellet.
