Report for 18/01/05 – 25/01/05
A few anglers still turning up despite the inclement weather
seen on some days. The fish still oblige
to keep us happy.
Willow pool regular Graham Evans had 9 carp to 13lb on legered sweetcorn, total weight 65lb.
Kingfisher pool gave Anthony Hodgson of Hemyock 8 carp to 10 1/2lb on legered
meat. Mark Leverett of Brixham had 6
carp to 8lb with corn on the feeder and also had 13 roach for 6lb. on the
waggler (a style of float fishing with the float fixed to the main line at the
base of the float only).
Stephen Hird had 17 carp to 9lb. for total weight 76lb on legered sweetcorn
fished over free offerings of the same and some pellets.
