The fish are still willing to oblige the anglers willing to brave the colder weather.
Willow pool gave Tristan Smith of Kingskerswell 15 carp to 6lb. and Ryan Barter
also of Kingskerswell had 9 carp to 6lb. Both catches on legered luncheon meat.
Kingfisher pool gave Roy Abbott of Paignton 8 carp including 6 doubles to 14
1/2lb.on feeder using corn and meat.
Stuart Tinkler of Exeter had 12 carp to 7lb. on corn. Stephen Hird of Newton Abbot had 11 carp for
43lb whilst Michael Hird had 15 carp for 83lb. both using legered sweetcorn
over pellet and corn.
Heron pool gave T Westcott of Exeter some 37 silver fish including roach to
12oz.on floatfished maggot.
