| In addition to being a local church for those in the Aldershot area, St. Andrew's Garrison Church draws its congregation from a much wider area than normal as it acts as garrison church for a number of regiments of the British army and as the Church of Scotland for the North Hampshire and West Surrey area. |
| With the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Remembrance Sunday, services commence each Sunday at 11.00am and last approximately one hour. The Remembrance Sunday service begins ten to fifteen minutes earlier ie 10.45 to 10.50am. There also is an additional Christmas Eve service at 11.30pm and a family service on Christmas day, normally at 10am, as well as various extra services over Easter. |
| Communion in the Church of Scotland is not celebrated as frequently as in other denominations. In St. Andrew's church there are normally only four Sundays each year set aside for the main communion. These are the second Sundays in each of January, April, July and October. (The exception being that on some years communion is celebrated on Easter Sunday either as an alternative to communion on the second Sunday in April, or in addition to the second Sunday in April.) Additionally a small informal service of communion is often available at 12 noon on the last Sunday of each month, in the Cameron Chapel. |
| There is also a crèche and a junior church. |
Alteration of Services: None.
