Sterling Corporate Finance LLP has opened its second office, in Manchester, and appointed Andrew Rose as partner.

Andrew has specific responsibility for promoting Sterling’s corporate finance advisory services, which include debt advisory and exit strategy planning, to private companies, management teams and high net worth individuals within the North West.

Sterling Corporate Finance LLP assists clients to acquire and sell and raise capital for companies typically valued between £1 million and £30 million.

Andrew has 19 years of general corporate finance experience of UK and cross- border transactions, 10 years of which were spent with Andersen Corporate Finance. He has advised a wide range of clients, public and private companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals, on a range of transactions, and has significant experience of advising on exit strategy and debt capacity.
