Detail stonemasonry design is carried out with drawing work using
the latest industry standard AutoCAD software reproduced to any
popular format required.
We produce working drawings in the form of general arrangement
and detail working drawings, to the necessary scales, fully dimensioned
with all stones numbered, plotting, copying and issuing of these
drawings to the required parties, incorporating revisions and issues
up to 'A' status (Construction Issue).

Utilising the Project Management software, PowerProject Professional,
we can plan and monitor major elements such as design, production
and site fixing via activity programme charts, especially in the
more complex projects.
|
|
|
This enables us to allocate the resources required to carry out
a project and monitor their progress, predicting if and when extra
resources will be required.

The listing of the stone production information in the form of
stone sizes and descriptions for the manufacture of the stone, in
the format of a schedule or cutting sheet, can be tailored to meet
the manufacturers requirements.

Example - curtail step schedule

Example - keystone schedule

Example - cill stone schedule

Via our links with stone fixing manufacturers
we can facilitate the design and incorporation of stainless fixing
details onto the drawings for the support and restraint of the stonework
to the main structure.
We show below examples of typical methods of fixing design.
