Anyone who lives or works in Stockport can apply to join. You will need to pay a membership fee of £1.20, deposit at least £1 in the form of shares (this is what we call your savings) and show two forms of identification - one to prove who you are and one to prove where you live.
You need to apply in person by completing a form and showing your ID at any of our collection points in Bredbury, Adswood, Brinnington, Offerton (Dialstone Centre), Reddish, Romiley and Woodley. For details of locations and times click here.

Junior accounts (up to 16 years old) can be opened for saving only - an adult needs to be responsible for the account and can nominate a second adult to be able to draw money out on behalf of the junior member.
