In this game, all normal rules apply, but a single player is limitted to two touches of the ball.
For younger players, the number of touches can be changed - to maybe three or four touches.
The game is intended to work on the following:
- Good close control
- Speed of thought
- Good off-the-ball movement to make sure options are available
- Being aware of your team-mates whereabouts on the pitch
- Knowing what you are going to do with the ball before you receive it
