Tracey - Manager

Tracey is NVQ4 qualified with over 16 years experience in early years care and education. She has recently been appointed by KCC as a Leading Early Years Practitioner - contributing towards research projects, demonstrating good practice to other settings and maintaining an inspirational learning environment.

Tracey is a member of the Senior Management Team and has responsibility for the day to day management of the group.

Sharon - Deputy and Inclusion Co-ordinator

Sharon is NVQ3 qualified in both Early Years and Playwork and has worked at Sturry Pre-School for 14 years. She is our highly experienced and qualified Inclusion Co-ordinator having attended numerous training courses over the course of her employment. Sharon supervises the sessions when Tracey is not here.

Fran - Senior Practitioner / Playworker

Fran is NVQ3 qualified with 5 years experience working for Sturry Pre-School, she also supervises the After School Club.

Lisa - Senior Practitioner / Playworker

Lisa is NVQ3 qualified and has worked for Sturry Pre-School for 3 years. She has 14 years nursing experience. Lisa also supervises the After School Club.

Michelle - Practitioner / Playworker

Michelle is NVQ3 qualified and has worked for Sturry Pre-School since 2004.

Jenny - Practitioner / Playworker

Jenny is an experienced Child Minder and is NVQ3 qualified.

Jemma - Practitioner / Playworker

Jemma joined us in December 2007 and is NVQ 2 qualified. Jemma starts maternity leave in June 2009.

Claire - Practitioner / Playworker

Claire joined us in April 2008 and is new to early years, she is planning to start the NVQ 2 training soon.

Catherine - Bursar

Catherine holds NVQ4 in Business and Administration and NVQ3 level qualification in the Management of Early Years Settings. She has worked for Sturry Pre-School for 12 years.

Catherine is a member of the Senior Management Team and has responsibility for the day to day management of the group.
