Swale and Canterbury Carers Support is a fully independent, Registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee that Promotes, Supports and Empowers Carers of all ages residing in the Swale and Canterbury Districts of Kent.
It is respected at local and national level as providing an exemplary service to Carers and has been a key player in lobbying for recognition of the vital role that carers fulfil and in the promotion of Carers rights.
