This musical is a feast of the best of Sondheim which explores the eternally rich subject of personal relationships.
After a tryout in Oxford in 1992, the show was presented at New York's Manhattan Theatre Club for a season of sell out performances. It starred Julie Andrews and was directed by Julia McKenzie.
A Los Angeles production followed starring Carol Burnett, John Barrowman and Ruthie Henshall. This will be the first London production.
