Update from the European Court of Human Rights by Achilleas Demetriades - review of Titina Loizidou judgement by the ECHR against Turkey, explanation of the different types of legal action which can be taken by refugees. Review of individual vs country and individual vs individual cases, citing examples. The talk by Achilleas Demetriades in this video was followed by a Question and Answer session with persons in the audience. This seminar was presented within the context of Theatro Technis' Cyprus Week to commemorate 33 years since the Greek Junta coup and Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974.
